The Montserrat Arts Council (MAC) is central to Montserrat’s cultural scene, supporting major carnivals and festivals. We enhance cultural industries by offering workshops, creating opportunities for artists, and advocating for cultural policies. In collaboration with the Government of Montserrat and regional partners, we advance our cultural agenda. Led by Director Kenneth P. Silcott Sr., the MAC is vital in preserving Montserrat's cultural heritage.
